7:00 AM-Boiled egg,Turkey bacon (4),Apple slices,Green tea, broccoli,2 tall cups of water,supplements.
-Walk to school-
10:00 AM- Orange,baby carrots (8)
12:00 AM-Spinach salad(olive oil, vignette, lemon juice), apple slices, 2 cups of water,5 almonds.
3:30 PM-Chicken breast(roasted),Broccoli,Green tea
4:30 PM-Workout(Stretches,Weight training (30 mins),Cardiovascular endurance (50 mins),Navy training (20 mins) Total: 1hr 40 mins.
6:20 PM-Green tea,Sliced carrots.
6:30 PM-Homework
9:00 PM-Routine
10:00 PM-Sleepy time
